A clown fish named Marlin living in the Great Barrier Reef loses his son, Nemo. When he ventures into the open sea, despite his fathers constant warnings about many of the dangers of the oceans. Nemo is abducted by a boat and taken and put in a dentist office in Sydney. So, while Marlin enterprises outside to try to retrieve Nemo, Marlin fish named Dory, a blue Tan suffers from short term memory loss. Company travel a great distance, face many dangerous sea creatures such as sharks, anglerfish and jellyfish, in order to save Nemo from the dentist's office, which is located in Sydney Harbour. While the two do this, Nemo and the other sea animals in the dentist aquarium plot a way to return to Sydney Harbor lives free again to live.
